L’MC74HC299 è identico nella piedinatura all’LS299. Gli ingressi del dispositivo sono compatibili con le uscite CMOS standard; con resistori pullup, sono compatibili con le uscite LSTTL.
L’HC299 è dotato di una porta dati di ingresso/uscita parallela multiplex per ottenere la gestione completa a 8 bit in un pacchetto a 20 pin. Grazie all’ampia capacità di azionamento in uscita e alla funzionalità a 3 stati, questo dispositivo è ideale per l’interfaccia con le linee bus in un sistema orientato al bus.

DESCRIPTION

The IP1524 series of PWM switching regulator control circuits contains all the functions required to implement singleended or push-pull switching regulators. Included are voltage reference, error amplifer, oscillator, PWM comparator, output drivers, current limiting and shutdown circuitry. Although functionally indentical to the SG1524 series, SEMELAB has incorporated several improvements to the IP1524 allowing tighter and more complete specification of electrical performance.
